Service was performed in an expeditious manner. They kept me informed of the progress and answered all my questions. There were no surprises. The waiting area was comfortable and coffee and snacks were provided. A very good experience. Will definitely return for future service.

This dealership was willing to stay with us after closing time. They also contacted us later by phone to see if the vehicle was still in good shape.
Got to dealer one hour earlier than scheduled. They took the car in right away and finished the repair in less time than they thought it would take. The service machanic was very good.
Outstanding service! The manager was amazing. He assisted in obtaining coverage from a third party warranty. We purchased the car and warranty from an out of state dealer who wouldnt honor the warranty they sold. Our next subaru will come from Hallady!

This was the single worst car-buying experience I've ever had. We ultimately had to leave, go to Fort Collins subaru -and got a much better deal and phenomenal service. Two things were especially problematic. First, they gave us an estimated trade-in amount for our car (11k) but when we arrived wanted to give us 5k! I was here looking at a new Subaru Crosstrek earlier today and was working with a woman named Katie she was very rude and unproffesional and even went to the extent of telling me i had to buy the car after i said i wanted to think it over and talk to my wife. My Sales Person was Cassidy Fay at Halladay Subaru. I bought a new 2024 Subaru Outback XT from her and she and the team at Halladay could not have been more courteous and professional. I would recommend them to ANYONE and folks, the Outback is a SUPER SOLID PERFECT vehicle for this area. It is built so solidly and well!!! I plan driving it for 500,000 plus miles!!

I bought my Outback Wilderness because I got fed up with trying to deal with another brand. Ordered it online and got exactly what I wanted, right down to the color. I wasn’t counting on how well we’ve been treated ever since. Everybody is friendly and helpful, every time.
After visiting a few local dealerships I’m glad I visited Halladay Subaru. From the minute we walked in they were so nice. Very knowledgeable with their inventory. Kassandra was great to work with. We had talked about getting a Subaru and after visiting with Chris Allen at Halladay Subaru and the deal he offered it was a no brainer not to drive our 2024 Crosstrek home.

Just seemed since they moved into new facility the Service Department has gone downhill. Seemed like we were dealing with robots not people. Money, money, money, seems to be the end game here now. This is not a good path.
I was not aware of the Registration payment of 1883.00 dollars because I was not told.about the sales tax not being included in the price. I was rushed through the process to make a "deal". Myself and 4 other workers arrived to Cheyenne to assist with manning at the data centers here. I bought a car they told me had not been in an accident. Turns, out, it had been in an accident. They claimed it was a mistake. Fair enough.
The car immediately had problems. And kept having problems. Small issues at first they were able to remedy, but then a larger issue that was symptomatic of bigger things to come (steering wheel suddenly losing alignment with wheels for no reason).

As much as I love suburu I am disappointed in the Cheyenne dealership. I bought my forester last summer around the beginning of August. Upon checking out and completing the paperwork they showed me a big scratch on the drivers door. This was the 2nd new subaru in less then 2 weeks the first one was hailed on.The sales Manager Darin Porter and salesman Scott Barta were went totally went above and beyond we traded the hail damaged one for new one they were totally awesome me and my were totally amazed at this and have a customer for life.We are totally satisfied with our purchase totally a++ thanks to Darin and Scott and the car is great.

We had been looking at Subaru due the crash test ratings. After visiting the website we decided to stop and test drive the Crosstrek since there was one on the lot that had a manual transmission.
